Flag Program

The Tyler-Rose City Kiwanis Club proudly sponsors the American Flag Program in the Tyler area.

This is an opportunity for residents to honor our country and support our Armed Forces with a beautiful American Flag in their yard for eight (8) flag holidays a year.

When you sign up, our team will install a plastic sleeve flush with the ground near the curb in the front yard or business to accommodate a pole mounted 3’ X 5’ flag (it will be capped and will not interfere with mowing) on the following holidays:

Presidents Day, Vietnam Veterans Day, Memorial Day, Flag Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Patriot's Day, and Veterans Day

Proceeds are used to purchase reading books for K-2 graders, pack food for the Spirit of Christmas Food Drive, leadership training, scholarships, sponsoring our two local Key Clubs at Legacy High School and Whitehouse High School, and our University of Texas at Tyler Circle K Club.

As a service organization of civic-minded citizens of the Rose City, the Kiwanis Club is dedicated to helping meet the needs of our community. Thank you for your support in joining our cause and making a positive impact for our community!
